Investigation Summary
At 3:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025, Employee #1 was working as a painter for a painting contractor and was performing exterior painting for a homeowner. The homeowner last noticed the employee painting the exterior of the house. Later, the homeowner found the employee in the same area unresponsive. It was determined that Employee #1 died from natural causes. This is not covered by OSHA.
