Employee catches hand in unguarded dough mixer

At approximately 2:00 a.m. on July 1, 1994, Employee #1 was preparing to put flour into an unguarded dough mixer when his hand became caught in the mixer and was pulled into the machine. Employee #1 received a fractured right arm, a fractured hand, and a partial amputation of his leg.
