HE WAS STANDING BEHIND A DUMP TRUCK, WAITING FOR A LOAD OF ASPHALT. THE OPERATOR OF THE 10 WHEEL DUMP TRUCK INADVERTENTLY BACKED INTO AND OVER EMPLOYEE #1, KILLING HIM.
