Employee killed in fall from ladder

On September 27, 1990, Employee #1 fell approximately 24 ft 6 in. from a ladder while scrubbing the side of a building. He struck a small roof at the first floor and then rolled off and struck the driveway with his head, suffering fatal internal injuries. He was flown to Cooper Medical Trauma Center, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
