EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING FROM A STEEL I-BEAM, 11 FEET ABOVE SURFACE, CONNECTING TRUSSES. HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR. HE STRUCK HIS HEAD ON THE GROUND AND SUSTAINED FATAL HEAD INJURIES.
