EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WELDING. HE STOOD UP AND SAID TO HIS NEPHEW, "THIS IS IT". AN AUTOPSY WAS PERFORMED ON THE CONJECTURE THAT HE HAD BEEN ELECTROCUTED. THE PATHOLOGIST STATED THAT EMPLOYEE #1 DIED OF VENTRICULAR FIBRILLATION, DUE TO HYPERTENSIVE CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.
