Employee is killed when crushed by dozer

At 10:39 a.m. on July 17, 2024, a full-time regular employee (Employee #1), a heavy equipment operator, was grading a worksite using a dozer. During the operation, the employee sustained fatal crushing injuries due to contact with the dozer. Emergency responders were called to the scene, but the employee was pronounced dead at the site. The incident is being investigated to determine the exact cause of the crushing injuries.
