Investigation Summary
At 2:30 a.m. on May 30, 2024, Employee #1, employed in facility maintenance, was cleaning the hallway on the kill floor when the employee suddenly collapsed. Emergency services were contacted, and the employee was transported to the hospital. The employee was later pronounced dead. The cause of death is unknown at this time, and further investigation is ongoing.
