A SOLE-PROPRIETOR ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR WAS INSTALLING NEW WIRING TO CONNECT A NEW MACHINE. AS HE WAS CONNECTING A CONDUCTOR, HE CONTACTED A 240/480-VOLT CONDUCTOR AND WAS ELECTROCUTED. THE CIRCUIT HE WAS WORKING ON HAD NOT BEEN DEENERGIZED.
