STRUCK BY FORKLIFT

EMPLOYEE #2 PICKED UP 3 CRUSHED VEHICLES WITH A FORKLIFT. HE WAS MOVING THE VEHICLES TOWARD EMPLOYEE #1'S TRUCK, WHICH WAS PARKED ON SOMERSET ROAD. EMPLOYEE #2 REACHED THE PROPERTY FENCE, RAISED THE FORKS, THEN LOWERED THEM TO GET UNDER SOME WIRES. THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE RAISED OFF THE GROUND, CAUSING THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE TO SWING TO THE RIGHT. EMPLOYEE #1, WHO WAS STANDING NEXT TO THE FORK LIFT, WAS STRUCK AND KILLED.
