Investigation Summary
At 5:15 p.m. on November 7, 2023, an employee was in a bucket, while it was being driven out of a residential driveway. He was pushing a communications line out of the way so the truck he was on could pass underneath of it. The employee pushed the communications line out of the way, when he was shocked by the power line that ran above the communications line. The employee was killed.
