AN EMPLOYEE WAS MANEUVERING A CONCRETE BUCKET INTO POSITION WHILE THE CONCRETE BUCKET WAS SUSPENDED FROM A CRANE. WHEN THE BOOM OF THE CRANE CAME INTO CONTACT WITH AN ENERGIZED OVERHEAD POWER LINE, THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
