Investigation Summary
On June 20, 2022, an employee returned back from lunch and entered the Eye Shadow Room. The employee told his coworkers that he was having trouble breathing as he sat in a chair. He used his personal inhaler and then slumped over in his chair. The employee died later that day from pulmonary emphysema.
