THE EMPLOYEE FELL FROM A MEZZANINE LANDING SURFACE TO THE PLANT FLOOR, 10.5 FEET BELOW. EMPLOYEE WAS APPARENTLY REPLACING A STEEL GATE ACROSS THE MEZZANINE LANDING WHEN HE FELL OFF THE EDGE. THERE WERE NO WITNESSES.
