Investigation Summary
An employee worked as a manufacturing technician at a medical equipment manufacturing company. The employee worked in the Clean Room area of the company and had worn full personal protective equipment (PPE) during the course of his work duties. The employee and his coworkers also practiced social distancing within the Clean Room. The employee last worked on January 12, 2022, when he reported to his supervisor that he was not feeling well that afternoon.
