Employee Is Killed In Fall Off Truck And Hits Head On Concre

At 3:00 p.m. on January 4, 2022, an employee was standing on the trailer bed of a truck, placing a tarp over the truck's cargo. There were high winds noted dur ing the time of the incident. The employee fell from the bed of the truck and hi t his head on concrete. The tarp may have possibly caught a wind gust and throw n the employee off-balance. The employee suffered a head injury and was killed.
