Investigation Summary
Two employees were working for a public transportation system when they were exposed to passengers and coworkers who were potentially infected with COVID-19. Employee #1 worked as a bus driver, contracted COVID-19 and subsequently died on December 1, 2021. Employee #2 worked as a senior service attendant, contracted COVID-19, and was hospitalized for treatment and released after recovering from the infection.
