Investigation Summary
An employee was working as an information technology desktop support worker for a school district administrative office. The employee was doing some telework and some normal information technology on-site activities. The employee's last day at work was December 15, 2021, and he tested positive for COVID-19 on December 18. The employee's symptoms worsened and on December 20, 2021, he was hospitalized. The employee died on January 2, 2022. Contact tracing could not identify the source of the employee's infection.
