Employee is struck by falling panel, receives amputation of

At 4:30 p.m. on December 17, 2021, an employee passed a metal panel to a coworker on a boom lift. The employee let go of the panel when they believed the coworker had control of the panel. The panel fell and struck the employee's hand and amputated two fingertips. The employee was taken to the hospital and admitted for treatment.
