Investigation Summary
At 4:15 p.m. on December 16, 2021, an employee was holding granite slabs off the rack system so that another employee could pull a short piece of slab out of the middle. A total of eleven granite slabs fell over onto the employee while he was stabilizing the slabs, and he was killed. The employee received head and upper body injuries.
