Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:30 p.m. on November 25, 2021, an employee was directed to clean his work area on the production line located at LG3 in the North Paint department during the company shut down. The employee was standing on the drip pan when he fell from the second-story mezzanine, approximately 22 feet, onto a metal table and concrete floor. The employee sustained fractured associate jaw, broken 13 teeth, and contusion of left knee and right elbow. The employee was transported to the hospital and admitted for treatment.
