Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. The employee was asymptomatic on October 7, 2021, when she tested positive for COVID-19 during a routine employer test. The employee went home that day to quarantine and was found dead in her home on October 16, 2021. The employee had worked direct patient care until 10 days prior to her death. The date, time and other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative.
