Employee dies of heart attack

At 2:00 p.m. on September 9, 2021, Employee #1 was using a blower to blow debris at a job location parallel to his coworker, whom was on the other side of the street. The coworker suddenly did not hear the blower, and he saw Employee #1 on the ground. Preliminary information was a heart attack. Waiting for coroner's report.
