An employee was working as a housekeeper in an assisted living facility when she was screened for temperature at the beginning of her workday and it was normal. The employee developed a sore throat, left work, and her symptoms worsened to where she required hospitalization for treatment of a COVID-19 infection on December 19, 2020.
