Investigation Summary
An employee was conducting assigned maintenance tasks with coworkers throughout the facility and inside the maintenance shop. A coworker tested positive for COVID-19 and contact tracing determined it to be a non-work related exposure. The coworker exposed the employee two other coworkers to COVID-19. The employee contracted COVID-19 and subsequently died from his infection on September 28, 2021.
