Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working for a firm that was the wholesaler for the medical, dental, and hospital equipment and supplies that were manufactured by its parent firm. He worked installing and repairing medical equipment. He was exposed to COVID-19 between September 4, 2021, and September 8, 2021. He had visited a hospital or clinic as part of a medical equipment repair or installation assignment. On September 10, 2021, he received a positive test result for COVID-19. On September 22, 2021, he was hospitalized. At 3:12 p.m. on October 11, 2021, he died of complications related to COVID-19.
