Investigation Summary
An employee had worked her scheduled shift as a health aide. The employee had been working on the 2nd floor of the facility when she suddently experienced congestion was was not feeling well. The employee stated that she always wore an N95 respirator with a face shield, gloves and a gown when in patient's rooms. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 at the end of her shift and she was hospitalized at 9:00 a.m. on August 31, 2021.
