Employee falls and fractures elbow

At 12:25 p.m. on July 9, 2021, Employee #1, a 52-year-old Spanish and English speaking male, was staging carts to carry car parts in the Train Building section of the facility. While stepping between two rows of carts, he lost his footing and fell onto the concrete floor, fracturing his elbow. Emergency services transported the employee to the hospital, where he was admitted for treatment.
