Investigation Summary
An employee was working for a county department of parks and recreation and worked on July 15, 2021, with no COVID-19 symptoms during her shift. The employee began having symptoms of COVID-19 that evening and got tested the next day which returned positive. The employee quarantined at home until July 24, 2021, when she was admitted to the hospital. The employee died due to COVID19 complications on August 9, 2021.
