Employee with COVID 19 infection dies

An employee was working as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. On August 4, 2021, a coworker reported flu-like symptoms, all exposed coworkers were tested for COVID-19 on August 4, 2021. The employee reported symptoms and tested again on August 9, 2021, with a positive result returned on August 10, 2021. The employee was hospitalized with COVID-19 and died at approximately 8:00 a.m. on September 9, 2021.
