Employee #1 was working as a meat department manager and was admitted to a medical center for complications due to COVID-19 on July 01, 2021. Employee #1 was released from the hospital and recovered at home. Employee #2 was working as a store director and was admitted to a medical center for complications due to COVID-19 on August 19, 2021. Employee #2 died on August 26, 2021. Employee #3 was working as a bookkeeper and was admitted to a medical center for complications due to COVID-19 and also died on August 26, 2021. Employee #4 was working as a food clerk in a different store and was admitted to a medical center for complications due to COVID-19 on September 19, 2021. Employee #4 was released from the hospital and recovered at home.
