Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working for a professional baseball team and was last at work on August 29, 2021. On September 1, 2021, the employee began not feeling well and was taken to the hospital. The employee went to the hospital on September 9, where he was placed in the ICU and tested positive for COVID-19 the next day. The employee died at 8:00 a.m. on September 19, 2021, due to COVID-19 complications.
