Investigation Summary
At 5:15 p.m. on September 6, 2021, an employee was riding on the front bucket of a Bobcat skid steer loader. The employee got his foot caught in the tire of the loader, which led the bobcat operator to inadvertently raise the loader bucket. The employee suffered a lower abdomen tear, causing disembowelment. The employee was killed.
