Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working as a laboratory scientist. The employee last worked on August 20, 2021, and received Covid-19 positive results on August 25, 2021, but was not hospitalized. At 3:00 p.m. on August 26, 2021, emergency services transported the employee to the hospital, and she died from complications from COVID-19 on the same day.
