An employee had intermittent contact with a coworker, who tested positive for COVID-19 on July 22, 2021. On July 23, 2021, the employee developed COVID-19 symptoms and tested positive with COVID-19. The employee was admitted to the hospital on the same day. The employee died from complications of COVID-19 at 2:15 p.m. on August 25, 2021.
