Employee Is Electrocuted And Killed While Working On Light F

At 3:25 p.m. on August 16, 2021, an employee worked to replace fluorescent light fixtures and ballasts with LED lighting. The employee worked from a lift to acc ess the area above a drop ceiling to work on the lighting. At some point, the em ployee made contact with a live 280 volt wire and was electrocuted and killed.
