Employee amputates fingertip while running wood stile throug

At 9:00 a.m. on August 8, 2021, an employee was running a wooden stile through a router. As the employee guided the wood through, the glove on his right hand was caught by the router blade, resulting in a fingertip amputation of the right middle finger. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
