Investigation Summary
An employee was working for a wholesaler of home furnishings, specifically a firm that manufactured blinds and window shades. He worked as the operations manager at a distribution warehouse. He began to experience symptoms of COVID-19 on July 21, 2021. He tested positive for COVID-19 on July 22, 2021. He was hospitalized due to complications of COVID-19 on July 27, 2021.
