An employee was working as a licensed practical nurse at a general medical or surgical hospital. She worked as a safety companion. She contracted COVID-19 on about July 26, 2021. She was found unresponsive at home on August 4, 2021. She was brought to the emergency room at the hospital. She was pronounced dead.
