An employee was working as a case manager for a home healthcare company when she was exposed to COVID-19 on July 8, 2021. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 infection on July 15, 2021 and subsequently died on July 30, 2021. A second employee also contracted COVID-19 and required hospitalization but successfully recovered from her infection.
