An employee was working as a machinist in the model shop fabricating instrument designs. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on or about June 13, 2021 and was admitted to the hospital on June 19, 2021, and subsequently died from complications from the virus at 8:00 p.m. on July 8, 2021.
