An employee was working for a nursing home and was off work when he began experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 on July 28, 2021. The employee went to the hospital and was tested for COVID-19 which returned positive. The employee quarantined at home until his symptoms worsened, and he was hospitalized on August 4, 2021 for three days.
