Employee falls from roof and dies from blunt force trauma

At 4:15 p.m. on July 7, 2021, an employee worked to tie the wiring of a solar panel while working on a roof. The employee attempted to correct the installation of some incorrectly installed wires and walked backwards to unwrap the wires. At some point, the employee stepped off the roof and fell approximately twenty-eight feet. The employee was transported to the hospital to treat blunt force trauma injuries to the body and later died.
