Employee partially amputates finger after saw activates duri

At 8:00 p.m. on June 21, 2021, Employee #1 was troubleshooting an energized machine when another employee approached a sensor that inadvertently activated a cut-off saw. The saw blade made contact with Employee #1's finger, resulting in a partial amputation. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
