Employee is pulled into drain, is ejected and killed

At 2:00 p.m. on April 30, 2021, an employee worked on a drainpipe to inspect for a clog and clear debris. At some point, the clog cleared and caused a whirlpool that pulled the employee into the drain and then eject the employee one hundred and twenty feet down the pipe and away from the drain. The employee was killed after being cut in half while in the drain/pipe.
