At 8:00 a.m. on June 29, 2021, an employee took measurements to determine amount of supplies needed for the project while talking on the phone. At some point, t he employee fell approximately twenty-one feet through a floor opening, struck h is head during the fall and was killed by the total trauma experienced in the fa ll.
