Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working as a security guard in a hospital when he called the employer hotline and reported that he had COVID-19 symptom onset on May 8, 2021. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on May 10, 2021, and he was hospitalized on May 23, 2021. The employee was transferred to the ICU on June 1, 2021 and was intubated. The employee died due to COVID-19 complications on June 4, 2021.
