Employee Is Killed In Fall From Height

At approximately 6:30 p.m. on May 25, 2021, an employee was inside a cage (a for klift aerial platform) that was being elevated by a forklift so the employee cou ld straighten a pallet of material, over 25 feet high, on the storage rack. The cage separated from the forks of the forklift and fell to the concrete floor bel ow from the elevated level of approximately 25 feet. The employee was killed fr om the impact of the fall.
