ELECTRICAL BURNS - FAULT IN SWITCHGEAR ASSEMBLY

THREE EMPLOYEES WERE WORKING NEAR A SWITCHGEAR ASSEMBLY. THE EMPLOYEES WERE USING AN INFRARED SCANNER TO CHECK FOR HOT SPOTS IN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. AN ELECTRIC ARC OCCURRED, BURNING THE EMPLOYEES.
