An employee was working for a paper manufacturer. He was a safety and health manager at the worksite. On March 8, 2021, he was possibly exposed to COVID-19. On March 18, 2021, he tested positive for COVID-19. On March 22, 2021, he was hospitalized for COVID-19. At 10:00 a.m. on April 7, 2021, he died.
